How do you pronounce "Atelaire"?

a-tel-AIR — like atelier, with an "air." Stress on the last syllable.

What devices does Atelaire support?

iPad only, with iPadOS 17 or later. Apple Pencil is supported and recommended, but optional — finger drawing works too.

Is there an iPhone version?

No. Atelaire is designed for the iPad canvas size and Apple Pencil pressure. We have no plans to release an iPhone version.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Atelaire → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open Atelaire → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your exhibited artworks, room settings, and account data. The action can't be undone.

Can I export my artwork?

Yes. In Solo Exhibition, tap any work → Share → Save Image. We save high-resolution JPGs (1024 × 1024) to your camera roll.

I reported a piece in the Gallery — what happens next?

Reports go to a moderation queue reviewed within 24–48 hours. If the report is upheld, the artwork is removed and the creator is notified. Reports are anonymous to the creator.

My generation got blocked. Why?

Atelaire blocks prompts that risk generating trademarked characters, real persons, or content inappropriate for our 9+ audience. See the Community Guidelines for details. You can rephrase and try again — no AI credit is used on blocked prompts.

How do AI generations work?

Atelaire's "master," Marcel, sends your phrase through a moderation check, then to fal.ai's image-generation models. You get three line-art drafts in parallel; pick one to color.
